It's unique for each client, I don't believe in "one size fits all". I have different therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), acceptance commitment (ACT) & eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).

My approach is direct and functional as I believe most therapy should be short term and focused on reducing distress, processing trauma, learning strategies, and graduating therapy after completion of goals.
